Privacy policy

Draft. To be checked by a lawyer before Lista launches publicly.

What we collect

  • Your email, name or shop name, and country.
  • Your listings: photos, titles, descriptions, prices and which platforms you post to.
  • Basic usage, such as when you open the app or post a listing, so we can improve Lista.
  • If you connect eBay or Shopify: a secure access token from that platform. We never see or store your passwords.

How we use it

To run Lista for you: saving your listings, posting them where you ask, and showing you where an item is still live after it sells. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Photos

Photos are shrunk on your phone before upload, which also removes hidden location data. They're stored privately and only you can see them.

AI drafting

If you use Draft with AI, up to four of your photos and any note you add are sent to Anthropic (the maker of Claude) to write the draft. Anthropic doesn't use them to train its models.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored with Supabase in Sydney, Australia. Payments, when they start, are handled by Stripe; we never store card details.

Your choices

In Settings you can download all your data or delete your account. Deleting removes your listings and photos for good.
